I see nothing as it is now.

This is a continuation of yesterday’s lesson and the commentary still applies.

Remember: it is not ME that sees. It is the data in me that sees. This is why I see nothing as it is now.

And similarly if I speak to you, it is the data in me that speaks and the data in you that hears.

We are perfect and can’t put a foot wrong. It’s the data, the memories that are causing the problems.

What I need to do is clear the memories away. And, today’s Lesson actually alludes to this: Lesson 9 states that all I need to do is apply the idea for the day – and the ideas for every other day. That’s it! I don’t have to ‘believe’ it or know how it works. As ‘Ihaleakalā Hew Len would say, “just do it”. Just do the cleaning. Asking ‘why’, ‘how come’ is pointless. Just get on with it!

ACIM goes on to state: “Each small step will clear a little of the darkness away and understanding will finally come to lighten very corner of the mind that has been cleared of the debris that darkens it.”

In other words, every small effort to clean will clear the debris – the data – that darkens my mind and results in me seeing with what ‘Ihaleakalā would call “old eyes”. Today I choose to see with Divine Inspiration!

So, today I will clean using the idea for today. I could say:

“I do not see this keyboard as it is now…

“I do not see that car as it is now…

… and after noticing each ‘thing’ I can loosen its grip on me by repeating to it the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you

I’m sorry
