In short, God is everything I need. There is nothing that I could want outside of Him. And when the illusions and data of the world tell me I need to get the car, the better job, the bigger house, the vacation in Hawai’i, the this, the that and the other, I will remember what’s going on and bring myself back to the present.

From there I will clean with the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

… as I ask to rest with Him a while and put all data aside.

“God is with me. I live and move in Him. I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.”
