ACIM Lesson 311: I judge all things as I would have them be.
I judge all things as I would have them be.
Judgement, according to the Course, is a weapon against the truth.
Worth thinking about that for a moment.
To judge is to attack. It comes straight from the data that I am allowing to run my life rather than from Divinity.
Judgement points towards separation. Otherwise why would I judge? And because I can only register about 40 of the millions and millions of bits of information that surround me in any moment, I cannot even be sure that my conclusions are accurate. They can’t be. I cannot see totality. And yet I judge as though I do and so, things are as I would have them be.
Insanity!
Today I will give my judgements to God, that He may Judge me as His Son who cannot sin, as I repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:
I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
Where better to put my trust: in false judgement or the Love of God?
This is the choice I make today.
“I judge all things as I would have them be. I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
