ACIM Lesson 5
I am never upset for the reason I think.
Today I am reminded that all pain is the same. Of course, it takes many forms – anger, fear, anxiety, jealously, judgement… the list goes on!
Today I will notice my thoughts and, combine the words of ACIM and Ho’oponopono.
For example, if I have a thought that I recognise as anger, I will say:
I am not angry at __________ for the reason I think. I love you, I’m sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You.
And similarly:
I am not worried about __________ for the reason I think. I love you, I’m sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You.
I am not jealous of __________ for the reason I think. I love you, I’m sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You.
This is the important thing to remember with this Lesson:
There are no small upsets. They are all equally disturbing to my peace of mind.
ACIM Lesson 5
Both ACIM and Ho’oponopono are trying to bring me back to peace of mind. By using the key phrases of Ho’oponopono I am letting Divinity and the memory/thought know that today I am not buying. I am not getting drawn in. I would rather be free.
I am letting go and letting God!
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me!
