ACIM Lesson 26: My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.

My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.

How can I be invulnerable if I can attack and sometimes feel under attack?

If attack thoughts suggest that I am vulnerable, I am weakening myself and my perception of myself when I believe them.

I am therefore creating a false image of who I am.

Who I really am is Spirit and Love.

The ability to believe attack is possible is of the ego – the data replaying in the subconscious that tells me I am in danger.

Today, I will review my ‘problems’, the dangers that are ‘out there’.

I will first identify the problem and then list all the possible outcomes that my mind (data) tells me could occur as a result of it:

I am concerned about __________ . I am afraid __________ will happen. That thought is an attack upon myself. I am afraid __________ will happen. That thought is an attack upon myself. I am afraid __________ will happen. That thought is an attack upon myself.”

… and so on.

But this is an excellent opportunity to clean both the problem and the imagined outcomes with Ho’oponopono. Having stated the problem I can immediately repeat to it the key phrases of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. I’m grateful.

And then, after each outcome I can once again repeat the four phrases. You simply cannot say them enough!

And I don’t know about you but I have several ‘problems’ to experiment with!

“My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, I’m grateful.”
