I am spirit.

This is the truth of me.

I am not a split I-Dentity. Spirit, with an everlasting link to the Divinity, is who I am. And it is through this link that I am connected to everyone else. We are all individuations of the Divine.

Within this realisation is the peace that passes all understanding.

Whenever I am tempted to believe the illusions of the data – that I am separate, alone, a sinner and living in a dangerous world – I will remind myself that I am spirit and follow up with the four phrases of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

All I need to do today is remind myself of the truth as often as possible. This may be a short Lesson but the realisation and peace it brings cannot be underestimated.

Whenever a person or situation arises that would nudge me off course I will immediately clean and remind myself that:

“I am spirit. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you.”
