This instant is the only time there is.

It is in this very moment that I can be free of time. There is no past or future. There is just a never-ending present moment in which forgiveness can set me free.

Whenever I time travel to distant pasts or frightening futures, which is all the ‘ego’ – the data – wants me to do, I will ground myself in the present moment by repeating the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

In asking forgiveness for my incorrect perceptions of what time is for, I will find my salvation. Divinity can only be found in the present moment because ultimately, that’s all there is. Past and present do not exist. Yet the data is always doing its best to take me away from God.

And so I will constantly remind myself that:

“This instant is the only time there is. I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
