ACIM Lesson 128: The world I see holds nothing that I want.

The world I see holds nothing that I want.

This Lesson reminds me that my data has given everything I see with the body’s eyes its meaning. Ultimately, then, what I see is meaningless.

Ultimately, I am deceived.

The desire to hold onto the ‘things’ of the world – relationships, money, clothes, property, jobs, jewellery, food etc. etc. etc. – continuously leads me into temptation and, as ‘Ihaleakalā would say, hell.

No longer do I want to be held back from my progress towards salvation!

To that end I will get on with the cleaning and repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

… that the chains that bind me to the world – the aka cords – may be perfectly dissolved.

And should I be tempted to once again place value where it isn’t warranted, I will remind myself that:

“The world I see holds nothing that I want. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you.”
