ACIM Lesson 181: I trust my brothers, who are one with me.

Lesson 181: I trust my brothers, who are one with me.

Whenever I am tempted to judge or attack a brother, it’s a clear sign that my perceptions – the data – is running the show.

This is an immediate flag for me to get to the cleaning.

He is only showing me what I need to clean up in myself – otherwise he wouldn’t be there acting the way he is. An angel in disguise indeed!

For it is in recognising his sinlessness that I can recognise my own.

I will change my intent to harm to one to love, even for just an instant, as I repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

No longer will I remain preoccupied with the past of the future, neither of which can affect me here in the now.

Today I will look straight into the present as I say:

“I trust my brothers who are one with me. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you.”
