A meaningless world engenders fear.

This is an interesting one.

ACIM tells us in this Lesson that ‘a meaningless world is impossible’.

What then, will fill the gap the meaningless provides?

I have two choices:

1. Will I allow my data provide confirmation of what the world is – dangerous, abundant, vengeful?
2. Or will I be still a while and listen for the voice of God to tell me – Divine Inspiration?

Will I remain in competition with God, or will I loosen up and let Him lead the way? ACIM and Ho’oponopono invite me to take Option 2.

The choice is entirely up to me. God won’t mind if I choose Option 1, but is it really worth giving up my peace of mind to let my data run the show?

The data, the debris clouding my mind is frantic to fill the seeming void that meaningless engenders. This is the fear element in today’s Lesson. So I can let it have its way, or I can tell it I am not buying. I am not getting drawn in. I would rather be free.

My data is in direct competition with Divinity. The data and memories that have been running the show for millennia could, at my conscious request, be transmuted by the Divine and sent to void. At that point I would be free and the data – the debris – would be free too. It’s a win-win situation!

As I look about me I can say to myself “I am looking at a meaningless world” and then repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you

I’m sorry

Please Forgive Me

Thank You

Once again I can choose to let go and let God!
