ACIM Lesson 39: My holiness is my salvation.

My holiness is my salvation.

This Lesson points to the obvious.

The opening sentence – “If guilt is hell, what is its opposite?” – says it all.

As ‘Ihaleakalā would say, thinking is hell.

I can only feel guilty… or worthless or abundant if that’s what I think about myself. But it’s my unloving thoughts about myself to which this Lesson points.

Today I will search my mind for such thoughts and as they arise I will say to each of them:

My unloving thoughts about __________ are keeping my in hell. My holiness is my salvation

… and I will then add the key words of Ho’oponopono to start the cleaning process:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

After all, if I am holy, what would there be to feel guilty about?

Today I will remember my true I-Dentity and acknowledge that it is my unloving thoughts that are keeping me in hell.

Today I will choose Heaven!

“My holiness is my salvation. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you.”
