Let miracles replace all grievances.

At all times I have a choice:

I can go for the miracle.

Or, I can go for the grievance.

I can choose the Zero State. Or I can choose the data. It’s 100% up to me.

When you put it like that, you have to ask why anyone in their right mind would choose the data. But have you seen the state of the world lately? It’s chaos! And I helped! Apologies for that!

But today I can make the choice afresh. I will choose miracles and clean my way back to Zero.

And today I am going to enrol some help.

The Course asks me to pick a person, any person, with whom I have a grievance. This is, unfortunately, not difficult to do, for as I discovered in a previous Lesson, I hold grievances about everyone, even those I claim to love!

So having picked my Sponsor, I will ask him to let me see him as he truly is. Not the memories replaying that my ego (memories) see – but the true light of the Divinity that blazes undulled in him and in me. What a gift! My seeming enemy becomes my Saviour.

First I will consider all the flaws and weaknesses my data perceives in this person. Perhaps he neglected or abused me, hurt me in some way, made mistakes or somehow ‘sinned’ against me.

Then, I will tell the Holy Spirit that I am willing to see him differently, as God sees him and clean my perception with the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

… before saying:

“Let me behold my Saviour in this one You have appointed as the one for me to ask to lead me to the holy light in which he stands, that I may join with him.”

I will remember that any ‘problem’ between us is purely in me. He is perfect! It’s the data in both of us that is causing the reaction and creating discord. Today I want to cut the ties, the aka cords, that bind us together so that both of us and the data can be FREE and at peace.

And so it is that, as it says in Conversations with God: “I have sent you nothing but angels.”
