Lesson 79: Let me recognise the problem so it can be solved.

Let me recognise the problem so it can be solved.

According to the Course there is only one problem in the world: the idea that we are separate from God and from each other.

In Ho’oponopono two of the key questions are: What is a problem? How can the problem be solved?

The Course tells me that a problem can’t be solved if I don’t know what it is. This is true for Ho’oponopono as well. In Ho’oponopono a problem is a memory (data) replaying in the subconscious. And while it is replaying and I am taking notice of it, I am cut off from my Source. I see myself as separate from the fella upstairs as well as everyone else on the planet.

The link between the conscious (Uhane) and the superconscious (Aumakua) is severed. I am alone. I am no longer fully myself. My I-Dentity is split.

Trying to solve the problems of the world is an impossible task given their myriad of forms and complexities. But in reality I have only one problem: memories replaying and consistently trying to keep me in a state of separation. This is how the ego (data) tries desperately to hang on to power.

So today, I will ask to be told what the problem is and how to solve it.

If the problem is memories replaying in my subconscious creating the illusion of separation, the only way to solve it, according to Ho’oponopono is to clean. And I can do that easily and quickly at any time by moment-to-moment repeating the key words:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

That’s it! That’s all I need to do!

At that point, God takes over, the memories are transmuted and I return the Zero State, the connected state with God and all of creation.

Thank you God, for creating Ho’oponopono as such an elegant process to solve problems and get back to You.

“Let me recognise the problem so it can be solved. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you.”
