ACIM Lesson 160: I am at home. Fear is the stranger here.

I am at home. Fear is the stranger here.

An important Lesson today: stop identifying with fear! My Self is the only thing that is real and that cannot be harmed or killed. I must stop identifying as my self and give full air-time to my Self.

If I am real, fear is an illusion. My real Self is at home with God, not seemingly trapped in the illusions of the world. I must remember this today!

And to help me do that I will repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

I will not deny my brother any good thing today. For it is in giving the miracles I have received that I can recognise my Self and my true home, looking upon everything with the eyes of Christ.

“I am at home. Fear is the stranger here. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you.”
