ACIM Lesson 194: I place the future in the Hands of God.

Motto alert!!

I love this Lesson. I recite it every day in my Morning Pages. After all, why not give it all to Him who knows the highest and brightest outcome to everything and for everyone concerned?

What anxiety, fear, lack, limitation or any other negative thing could I experience if the Divinity that started this whole thing is in charge?

If God loves me as much as He claims to, why could anything untoward happen?

The Lesson explains that to God, my past, present and future are all one and the same. And if that is how God sees them, so should I. Hmm, that could be tricky but I am willing to see things as God does. And the way to do that is… to place the future in His Hands. And in doing so the past and present will be given Him as well. And as a result, the past will no longer torment me and any fear of the future will become meaningless.

Let me then place my future in God’s Hands and as I do so, repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

In doing so, I release myself from the illusions of the data of the world. I can free all of us from the confusion I created and as my onward journey is joyfully secured, so is everyone else’s.

And should I be tempted to attack another, I will ask for the right choice to be made for me as I immediately say:

“I place the future in the Hands of God. I love you, I’m sorry, Forgive me, Thank you”
