ACIM Lesson 247: Without forgiveness I will still be blind.

Without forgiveness I will still be blind.

The Course tells me ‘Sin is the symbol of attack.’

Hmm. That’s worth thinking about.

To notice ‘sin’ anywhere can only lead to suffering. To see with the body’s limited sight is to miss the bigger picture. I will indeed still be blind.

The only way I can get to view the world through the eyes of Divinity is to forgive and the fastest way to forgive myself and everyone else is to clean.

God sees the ‘sinner’ as perfect and complete. I want to see him that way too.

I will therefore take 100% responsibility for my limited and incorrect perceptions as I repeat the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.

If God created me in His image, then so He created everyone else. We are all one! It’s easy to forget that but when I clean I am willing to remember the truth and see my brother’s actions differently.

And in so doing I honour him and God, a very good thing to do.

“Without forgiveness I will still be blind. I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you.”
