I will not hurt myself again today.

Forgiveness – cleaning – is my only function here.

That’s it!

And as I go about the cleaning I am willing to accept God’s gifts. For in accepting I am Spirit, I receive all the joy and freedom Divinity has to offer.

My true Self – the Christ self, or Aumakua – cannot sin. And if it cannot sin, suffering is impossible! I will therefore accept my true I-Dentity and free myself fear as I clean my way back to Zero with the key words of Ho’oponopono:

I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

Suffering is merely a sign that I have forgotten the I-Dentity I share with Divinity. It is my cue to start the cleaning process. It is my cue not to hurt myself again today.
